SUPER JUNIOR Becomes the First Korean Artist to Win "Artist of the Year" from Taiwan KKBOX Music Award

Super Junior managed to become the first South Korean artist to get the highest award from "KKBOX Music Awards"

The 14th KKBOX Music Awards are planned to be held at the Taipei Arena, Taiwan, on January 26 tomorrow at 7:00 p.m.

'KKBOX Music Awards' is an award event held by KKBOX, one of the largest Mandarin music platforms from Taiwan. Through this award event, KKBOX will provide various trophies to artists from Asian countries, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and so on.

Before officially being held, 'KKBOX Music Awards' has announced that Super Junior will be the South Korean artist and the first non-Chinese artist to ever get the 'Artist of the Year' award.⁣

In addition to welcoming the trophy, through this award ceremony Super Junior also plans to show their hits on stage such as "Sorry Sorry", "Bonamana" and "Black Suit" as expressions of gratitude to the fans.

‘KKBOX Music Awards’ merupakan sebuah acara penghargaan yang digelar oleh KKBOX, salah satu platform musik Mandarin terbesar asal Taiwan. Melalui acara penghargaan ini, KKBOX akan memberikan berbagai trofi kepada artis yang berasal dari negara-negara Asia, termasuk Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapura, Malaysia, Jepang, dan sebagainya.⁣

Sebelum resmi digelar, ‘KKBOX Music Awards’ telah mengumumkan bahwa Super Junior akan menjadi artis Korea Selatan sekaligus artis non-China pertama yang pernah mendapatkan penghargaan ‘Artist of the Year’.⁣
